Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using the Amaravati Communications ad request portal, AdAmara (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. About the service

The Service is operated by Amaravati Communications Pvt. Ltd. and is designed to collect and manage requests for advertising and communications work. The Service is for everyone—whether you are an individual requesting ads for personal use, or you are submitting or reviewing ad requests on behalf of a business or department.

3. Eligibility and accounts

To use the Service, you must provide accurate information when submitting requests and, where applicable, have a valid account (for example, for admin access). You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information when submitting ad requests.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials issued to you.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Submit unlawful, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate content.
• Upload images or materials that you do not have the right to use, or that infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service, its security, or the underlying infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service, except where permitted by law.

5. Content you submit

You are responsible for the information and materials you submit through the Service, including ad briefs, instructions, and any uploaded images. By submitting content, you:

• Represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide that content for the intended use.
• Grant Amaravati Communications Pvt. Ltd. a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display such content as needed to review, plan, produce, and archive ad and communications work.

6. Images and file uploads

The Service allows you to upload small reference images (for example, logos, layouts, or design mocks) to support your requests. You agree that:

• You will not upload sensitive personal information, confidential documents, or content unrelated to the ad or communications work.
• Uploaded images may be visible to authorized admin users responsible for processing and fulfilling requests.
• We may remove or restrict access to any uploaded content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, layout, and underlying software, is owned or licensed by Amaravati Communications Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for content that you submit, you receive no rights to the Service or its content other than the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time, for example to perform maintenance, improve functionality, or address security or operational needs.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amaravati Communications Pvt. Ltd. and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.

12. Governing law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them or the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Amaravati Communications Pvt. Ltd., without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
